- PCN Organisation Data Service (ODS) Code
- Request Prescribing Cost Centre & Spurious Code
- Create Smartcard Roles
- Activate Patient Demographic Services (PDS) – EMIS
- Activate Electronic Prescription Service (EPS) – EMIS
- Activate GP Connect (Appointments, Send Documents) – EMIS
- Data Sharing Agreements – Care Record, Tasks, Appointments
- Enterprise Data Sharing Agreement – Consultation Write Back
- Service/Hub Design – what services do the PCN wish to run from their Hub?
- Configure Hub – Users, Appointment Books, Templates, Reports, Protocols, Services, Task Groups, eMED3 Fit note
- Import Clinical and Document Template
- Set up National Slot Mapping (GPAD)
Optional
- PCN Demographic Upload – EMIS
- Activate Summary Care Record (SCR) Access – EMIS
- Message Exchange for Social Care and Health (MESH) – For Pathology Results – EMIS
- Set up Patient Access and Engagement tools (online consultations, appointments, messaging)
- NHS e-Referral Service (e-RS) – EMIS (may not be available for Clinical Services)
- Set up PCIT/Ardens Templates and Reports (additional set up and subscription costs)
- Activation of Integrated 3rd Party Products – Patient Access tools etc
- Activate Docman Share
- Set up Online Test Requests/Path Links (optional)
- Set up 111/Urgent Care Direct Booking (optional)
- EMIS Enterprise, Search and Reports (optional)
